From open waters to a sold-out ballpark, our team recently provided AV for two exciting events here in the local South Florida market. First up was a cruise that set sail from the port of Miami. Our video team built a custom 6’7” x 11’9” LED wall on board the Norwegian Getaway on a weekend sailing to the Bahamas. In what may have been the coldest week of the year in the Sunshine State (ironic timing, indeed), 800 Florida tourism professionals recently gathered at the Hilton Orlando for Visit Florida’s annual Huddle and Encounter conference. The multi-day event featured a large-scale General Session alongside a bustling trade show and expo area, as our crew provided comprehensive AV production that transformed both ballroom and foyer spaces into immersive brand environments. …including LED walls! That’s a wrap on an 8-day production at Omni Dallas: one of our biggest shows of the year featuring a 190’ wall-to-wall LED display in the General Session. In addition to the GS, we also provided AV support in 17 other breakouts and meeting areas throughout the hotel. That’s a wrap on Greater Miami Jewish Federation’s “The Main Event” from Loews Miami Beach! It was a four-day production for our crew to build our full AV set-up in the Americana Ballroom for the highly anticipated gala – one of Federation’s most impactful events of the year. Our crew kicked off the year at loanDepot park (home of the Miami Marlins) for the southernmost Winter Classic in league history featuring the home team Florida Panthers and visiting New York Rangers. Between two separate crews, we were on site for 21 straight hours to produce AV for the annual SEFAA (South East Florida Apartment Association) Circle of Excellence Awards in partnership with Paragon Events. It has certainly been a busy October! We’ve had several corporate shows both on the road and at home here in South Florida. First up was a multi-day forum at The Thompson in Dallas, TX during which we debuted our brand-new LED totems! We used these in the foyer area outside the ballroom to display conference graphics, sponsor logos and more. We also set some in an additional event space – an airplane hangar! – in which we supported audio and video for a private dinner. [Read more...]

A new season for the two-time defending Stanley Cup Champs is officially underway! Media Stage provided full AV support for the Florida Panthers’ 2025 Opening Night and Stanley Cup banner-raising ceremony at Amerant Bank Arena. The event highlighted the team’s remarkable feat of back-to-back Cups and required precise coordination with the in-game presentation crew.

That’s a wrap from Baptist Health Iceplex! For the eighth consecutive year, we partnered with the Florida Panthers’ content team to provide full-scale AV for their Media Day shoot. Media Stage recently brought its expertise back to Central Florida for a large-scale production at the Omni ChampionsGate. The event welcomed more than 800 experts from the Florida tourism industry, attending from all over the state. Our team designed and supported a fully immersive AV experience featuring two large projection screens flanking the stage, complemented by a custom circular projection screen in the center. Scenic elements included Titan Tube lights suspended over pipe and drape, creating a vibrant atmosphere that mirrored the show’s theme and branding. [Read more]...

The team at Media Stage was recently in Austin, TX to produce AV for a major medical conference featuring several functions throughout the venue that attracted delegates from more than 70 countries around the world. Spending our anniversary on island time! The entire Media Stage staff enjoyed some fun in the sun for a weekend retreat to Isla Bella Resort in Marathon, Florida to commemorate 35 years of show business! After the scenic and leisurely drive down, we all met up for a cocktail reception and dinner. The crew was on site at Hilton Orlando for four days between load-in, a full rehearsal day and two show days.
