Our crew just wrapped our second show of the year from the state of Texas, this time farther South in San Antonio. In partnership with EGR International, we produced a three-day conference for 2,500 people.

Throughout the month of March, our crew was split between two not-so-shabby locations for two different shows; Nassau, Bahamas and Cancun, Mexico for different simultaneous productions.

No rest for the weary! Our crew has been busy back at home with multiple local shows.

Following our big road swing earlier this month, the Media Stage crew spanned both coasts of South Florida to produce two different fundraising shows.

The month of February has been powered by coffee and plane naps as we’ve been on the road to produce back-to-back-to-back shows in Tucson, Dallas and Las Vegas!

To put it plainly, our crew is anywhere and everywhere right now! Most recently, though, we had some really exciting local entertainment gigs.

After our crew enjoyed some much deserved down time for the holidays, we jumped right back in to a heavy show schedule to start off 2023!

Our team bid farewell to a very busy and successful year from the Orange Bowl Coaches Luncheon at Jungle Island on December 29.

Our crew worked a full scale production at Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins and Miami Hurricanes. Over the past several years, we have also been at the stadium for multiple CFB Playoff games, including the Orange Bowl and the National Championship.

The Media Stage crew recently set sail for its second Margaritaville at Sea cruise this year. We provided AV for multiple performances that were held on the pool deck as the ship departed for international waters.

If you work in this industry, you definitely understand the importance of having to roll with the punches when it comes to last minute adjustments. This held true for one of our latest shows that saw not only a venue change, but a city change as well!

We were privileged to have the honor of teaming up with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce once again to produce the annual “Sand in My Shoes” awards show.

In advance of a new season that tips off TONIGHT, Media Stage worked Miami Heat Media Day for Bally Sports Sun.

That’s a wrap on Florida Panthers Media Day! Our crew worked with both the team and the broadcast partner Bally Sports Florida to provide AV support for the pre-season shoot.

For the first time since before the pandemic, the Broward Mental Health Summit welcomed in-person attendees back to the event! Media Stage produced this show for the third consecutive year.

That’s a wrap on Visit Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism! Our crew recently designed the set build and provided full scale AV production for this annual event at the beautiful The Boca Raton.

Five members of our staff recently traveled to Indianapolis for the RSN Leadership Symposium held at the Crowne Plaza Union Station downtown.

The Media Stage crew recently wrapped a three-day show at The Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Remote participation was the main highlight of the run of show for this widely-attended medical conference.

Our staff now knows what it feels like to be (virtually) whisked away to the islands of Greece after producing the latest CND™ NAILATHON™.
