Back with GMJF for Annual Meeting

We closed out the month of May at Jungle Island with Greater Miami Jewish Federation for their 2024 Annual Meeting. The special dinner event took place in the Bloom Ballroom was attended by more than 400 members.

Our AV set-up consisted of a two-screen rear projection set with 10,000-lumen projectors and ultra-short throw lenses. We had one camera on this show for IMAG and program records positioned at the back of the room. The set was dressed with grey drape and lit to incorporate shades of blue.

We had 30 wireless up-lights around the room in addition to a full stage wash and backlighting package. Custom branded gobos hit the walls of the ballroom for some added branding. Everything was ground supported, including our audio complement of six speakers, front fills and subs. We had multiple wireless mics (both handhelds and lavs) along with a podium mic for speeches.

The highlight of the night was the installation of the new interim president of GMJF who took the stage to give an acceptance speech. Federation also installed a new chairperson of their board, so it was definitely both an enjoyable evening and a productive meeting.
