Media Stage built a customized stage, featuring all white carpet & fascia, curved ramp cutaway and customized, adjustable height podium with a 120′ x 15′ seamless projection wall that displayed award winning HD content from creative agencies worldwide.
Media Stage executed a flawless conference with multiple video rolls, four (4) live cameras (including a mounted robocam), multiple powerpoint and keynote presentations with audience response system engaged throughout in front of a highly discerning, international audience.
The producer also commissioned Media Stage to assist with content, animating and editing a full screen 8640 x 1200 pixel “Miami-centric” video for the show’s opening. Needless to say, the delegates were welcomed in style to Miami Beach, Florida…
The three day conference was presented via Vista Spyder X 20, that fed six (6) Barco W12 HD projectors, Meyer M1Ds configured for a wide but shallow ballroom, Four (4) x Sony HXC 100 Cameras, our new Full Boar 4 Hog Lighting consoles and fresh out of the box Yamaha CL5 desk which performed most admirably with up to 17 wireless mics, multiple playback sources and records.
