Multi-city show run for Media Stage

What a busy October it was! Media Stage recently completed a lengthy run on the road in addition to having multiple local shows in South Florida. During the past several weeks we’ve been in various locations throughout Miami, Scottsdale, AZ, Philadelphia, PA, and attended IMEX in Las Vegas, NV.

Back home we’ve worked corporate shows at Jungle Island and at the Loews on South Beach, in addition to operating the moving spotlights we installed at Hard Rock Stadium for Miami Hurricanes home games. The show at the Loews spanned five days between set, rehearsals, show and strike.

We supported multiple breakouts with staggered schedules and a foyer activation centered around the news of a drug launch that had been approved by the FDA while the show was active. Our scenic and lighting departments even sourced streamer cannons for this huge impact moment.

In Scottsdale, in addition to our General Session AV complement, we also executed custom holograms for the client showcasing a new product development. This was an eye-catching focal point for attendees and required significant pre-production and tech checking ahead of time. We were thankful for some gear and labor assistance from EPN partner On Services!

In Philadelphia, we worked at the Convention Center in conjunction with their local union labor and our EPN partner Advanced Staging Productions. Working with the union and abiding by their regulations always takes a bit more integration and logistics management on site, and our team handled it all in stride. That show also called for several more areas with AV production in addition to the main plenary.

We are excited to continue to close out the last two months of the year strong and gear up for what is already looking like a very busy start to 2027!
