GMJF hosts 88th Annual Meeting

That’s a wrap from Jungle Island with Greater Miami Jewish Federation! Back in a familiar venue with our longest-running client, we did the AV production for their 88th Annual Meeting at the beginning of June. Our set matched the classic, cool-toned, polished décor that was brought in, particularly with the ambience lighting we positioned around the room.

Video display was pretty straightforward with two 7’ x 13’ rear projection screens flanking the center stage with a line of black drape finishing the look. Lighting and audio were all ground-supported; we set and tech checked all our gear during a full load-in day ahead of the show.

Our lighting team set 30 of our Astera AX9 up-lights programmed with a wireless transmitter for control. Audio needs included a designated connection into our board for their cantor’s live performance, in addition to our usual complement of wireless and lectern mics.

To ensure the run of show was executed seamlessly we booked an extensive crew: a Show Caller/Technical Director, a lead Audio Engineer/A1, an Audio Assist/A2, a Lighting Operator/L1, a Video Engineer/V1 and a Graphics Operator/GFX (along with set and strike assists).

Thank you, Greater Miami Jewish Federation! We are always proud to support you!
