Our final show of 2022!

Salon full of people with computers

Our team bid farewell to a very busy and successful year from the Orange Bowl Coaches Luncheon at Jungle Island on December 29. We have been producing this event for more than 15 years, and this year did so for the match-up of University of Tennessee vs Clemson University.

We loaded in the day before so we were able to have ample time to conduct tech checks and run through client rehearsals with the Orange Bowl Committee. Our set consisted of a stage covered in turf, two side rear projection screens, a three-camera complement for multiple shots around the room, stage wash with movers and up-lights, a scenic backdrop and a full audio package.

This consisted of multiple table-top mics with levels being controlled by our A-1, so they were always hot when it came time for interview questions between Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney and Tennessee Head Coach Josh Heupel. The lectern was also equipped with a separate mic from which event host and local sports reporter Will Manso flawlessly emcee-ed the luncheon.

The run of show consisted of player interviews, Orange Bowl Hall of Fame inductees, some awards and recognitions in addition to live performances by the team’s bands and cheerleaders (and of course, their mascots)! ESPN analyst Joe Tessitore who would be calling the game the following day also gave an awesome pregame breakdown.

Thank you to everyone at the Orange Bowl Committee for being wonderful partners and for all the hard work and organization in preparing for this event.

We were so fortunate to be busy all throughout the year and appreciate all the support from our clients, colleagues and friends. Here’s to 2023!!!
