We’ll check the sight lines from every table, select the proper screens relative to the room size, ensure there is adequate electric power, pre-clear load-in procedures, manage the union labor if necessary, and comply with all Fire Marshal requirements. We’ll make sure you have the right microphones on stage and in the audience if needed; the sound is crystal clear and perfectly distributed throughout the event; lighting is flexible and exciting to meet any last minute surprises; video is bright, sharp, and viewable throughout the venue. Plus, if you have live entertainment or special staging needs, we will work with your contract acts to ensure they have everything they need to smoothly integrate with your event.
