Everything's peachy in Geogia

Our team recently delivered full AV production for a high-profile general session at the new Signia by Hilton in downtown Atlanta. After one full day for set-up and rehearsals, we transformed the ballroom into a sleek, dynamic environment ready to engage 800 attendees over three days of show programming.

The stage design featured a custom-printed backdrop framed by modular scenic elements, creating a polished look enhanced by our lighting design. Two 9’ x 16’ projection screens flanked the stage, along with a flown rig for our 22,000-lumen laser projectors and stage wash fixtures and movers. We also used our new Titan Tube lights to add extra color and texture to the space.

Audio was ground-supported with a simple mic complement of wireless and lectern mics. A single manned camera setup was used for IMAG and program records.

The program kicked off with an exciting opening night party at Mercedes-Benz Stadium which was right across the street from the hotel. Our crew was fortunate to participate in this event and experience the stadium from a unique behind-the-scenes perspective. It was a great few days in the Peach State!
