Another one in Orlando!

Media Stage recently brought its expertise back to Central Florida for a large-scale production at the Omni ChampionsGate. The event welcomed more than 800 experts from the Florida tourism industry, attending from all over the state.

Our team designed and supported a fully immersive AV experience featuring two large projection screens flanking the stage, complemented by a custom circular projection screen in the center. Scenic elements included Titan Tube lights suspended over pipe and drape, creating a vibrant atmosphere that mirrored the show’s theme and branding.

Beyond the General Session, we provided full AV support and management for both the expo area and four different breakout rooms, ensuring a seamless flow of content and presentations as the jam-packed agenda called for.

Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, attended the opening night of the show for the Chairman’s Dinner and addressed the crowd with personal remarks. Another highlight of this GS was our live production of the annual Flagler Awards, a long-running staple of the event that recognizes excellence in Florida tourism marketing.

The production extended to Eagle’s Edge, a private area within the golf course part of the property. For the closing night party here, our crew handled AV and assisted with backline support for a special performance by The Coral Reefers, the legendary band of the late Jimmy Buffett.

Additional entertainment throughout the week included a live pianist, a mind-bending performance by Hellzapoppin from Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and an interactive magician to entertain during one of the lunch sessions.
